This system, developed by Elyptics for Samsung Argentina, enables to the call center’s operators to instantly determine which are the Service Centers closest to the consumer address who consults.
From the back end the system administrators upload the data of the Service Senters, the product lines that they repairs, type of service provided (home service, product recall, etc.) up to areas considered dangerous at the zone.
The operator only enters the user’s home address, the product and the minimum distance and immediately those Service Senters that match the search are showed on the map
