2. Data we may collect
Elyptics collects only the data needed to answer inquiries and manage contact with those who use the Site.
When you fill in a contact form, we may ask for:

- Company.
- Email address.
- Information voluntarily included in the message or inquiry.
We may also receive technical information related to the use of the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and browsing data, where measurement or analytics tools are used.
We do not request sensitive personal data through the Site.

Nevertheless, no system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security. Argentine regulations require those responsible for databases to adopt appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

The regulations set specific deadlines for responding to requests for access and requests for rectification, updating or deletion. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory body for Law 25.326 and receives complaints or claims relating to the processing of personal data.
12. Changes
Elyptics may update this Privacy Policy where necessary because of legal or technological changes, or changes in how the Site works.
